Returns and exchange

Who can return

The 7 day return and exchange applies to every product, including products bought at a discount or in a sale. Items must be unused and unwashed, with tags and packaging.

Exchange

You can exchange for another size, or if the product is faulty, subject to stock. Raise the request within 7 days of delivery from your account, with a reason and a photo.

Damaged or wrong product

Please tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will send a replacement or refund.

Refunds

After we receive and check the product, the refund goes to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Return shipping charges, if any, are told to you when you raise the request.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched.
