- We deliver across India in 3 to 7 working days. Big cities usually get their parcel in 3 to 4 days. Enter your PIN code on a product page to see the expected delivery date.
- Yes. Shipping is free on every order across India. Cash on delivery has a small charge of 49 rupees.
- Log in and open Your account. Each order shows its status, and the tracking number once the courier has it. We also email you when the order ships, is out for delivery and is delivered. You can ask Ask Era "Where is my order?" too.
- Yes, until the courier picks it up. Open the order in Your account and press Cancel order. Online payments are refunded in full to the same payment method.
- You can return or exchange any product within 7 days of delivery, sale items included. Open the order in Your account, press Return or exchange, choose the item, the reason and add a photo. We arrange the pickup. Items must be unused, unwashed and have their tags.
- Once your return is approved, the refund goes to your original payment method. Banks usually show it within 5 to 7 working days. For cash on delivery orders we refund to the UPI ID you give with the request.
- Pay online with UPI, cards, netbanking or wallets through Razorpay, or choose cash on delivery for orders up to 3,000 rupees. We never see your card or UPI details.
- Yes, for orders up to 3,000 rupees, with a 49 rupee charge. We send a code to your mobile to confirm the order before we pack it.
- Pick the size that fits your bust and hips comfortably. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one. Each product page has a size guide. Still unsure? Message us on WhatsApp with your height and usual size, and a free size exchange is always possible within 7 days.
- Dry clean is best for embroidered and zari pieces. Printed cotton sets can be hand washed separately in cold water with a mild detergent. Dry in shade and iron on low heat on the reverse side.
- No. Enter your mobile number or email and we send you a 6 digit code. The code works for 10 minutes.
- Yes. Every order has a GST invoice. Open the order in Your account and press Download invoice.
