Orders and prices

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or a price was shown wrongly, and we refund anything you paid.

Delivery, returns and refunds

These are described on the shipping and returns pages, which are part of these terms.

Using the site

Please do not misuse the site or try to place false orders. Era may refuse cash on delivery where an order looks fraudulent.

Complaints

Write to eram192715@gmail.com with the subject Grievance. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within one month.

Law

These terms follow the laws of India. Courts at Surat can hear any dispute that cannot be settled by talking.
